A magnesium bath soak in Quiet Lavender.
Epsom salt and magnesium chloride flakes for a calm bath at the end of the day. Lavender, Roman chamomile and a trace of vetiver are carried on tapioca starch so the oils disperse instead of floating. 4 oz (113 g) or 16 oz (454 g) pouch.
Ingredients and use
Ingredients: Magnesium Sulfate, Magnesium Chloride, Tapioca Starch, Essential Oils (Lavender, Roman Chamomile, Vetiver). Essential oils naturally contain compounds such as linalool.
Stir a scoop or two into warm running bath water. Press the zipper closed after each use and keep water out of the pouch; the minerals pull moisture from the air.
External use only. The tub may get slippery; stop use if irritation occurs.
