Store Use

Willow & Watch offers products made in small batches as well as products sourced from selected third-party brands.

Product availability and pricing may change without notice. We may discontinue products, limit quantities or cancel an order when reasonably necessary. If we cancel a paid order, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Orders, Payments and Taxes

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Payment processing may be provided by Shopify or other third-party payment providers subject to their own terms.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, resale abuse, pricing errors or violations of these terms.

Shipping and Returns

All purchases are subject to our published Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy, which are incorporated into these terms.

Gift Cards

Digital gift cards may be used for eligible purchases through the Willow & Watch store. Gift cards are final sale, cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law, and may not be used to purchase another gift card. Customers are responsible for protecting gift-card information from unauthorized use.

Intellectual Property

The Willow & Watch name, logo, product names, original formulas, photographs, graphics, written content and other original materials are owned by Willow & Watch LLC or used with permission.
